I’m a qualified Building Surveyor with extensive experience across residential, commercial and development projects, including high-end residential schemes, commercial Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, refurbishment, change of use developments and complex project recovery.
My background spans surveying, construction, commercial management and project delivery, having operated across senior leadership, operational and project management roles including COO, Operations Director, Construction Director, Commercial Manager and Senior Project Manager positions.
This experience has provided me with a broad understanding of the construction lifecycle from early-stage feasibility and planning through to procurement, programme management, contract administration, delivery oversight and commercial resolution.
I have led multidisciplinary teams across both pre-construction and live project environments, managing stakeholder coordination, programme strategy, change management, commercial performance and operational delivery within complex and high-pressure project settings.
A key strength of mine is the ability to quickly assess project risk, identify delivery challenges and implement structured solutions that improve clarity, coordination and control across all stages of construction.
Alongside technical and commercial delivery experience, I have also undertaken SMSTS and leadership training, leading health & safety coordination and operational oversight across live construction sites and project teams.
